Sacred Heart Catholic School exists to provide a quality, faith-centered, Catholic education in a safe, loving and welcoming environment that will enrich the lives of our students and support parents as their first teachers.
The Good Shepherd Statue
The Sacred Heart grounds are truly blessed with beauty and generosity! The 1st and 8th grade students watched an historic event as the statue of the Good Shepherd arrived and was carefully hoisted off the truck and put in place between the Kindergarten and Church. The statue was donated by Warren Studt, who was present for the event. A formal dedication will be held at a later date when the garden is completed.
Sacred Heart Stands Out by Puttin’ on the Ritz!
With the backdrop of 1920s glitz and glamour, the parish celebrated its second annual Dinner Auction on Nov. 7, hosted by special guest John Pertzborn. The event was a huge success, with proceeds going to support our school, including new computers for the Student Computer Lab. Many, many thanks to the organizers, attendees and volunteers who made it all happen. To view more pictures of the festivities, click here.
Feeding God's People Program
Every month students donate materials and join their teachers before school to help make sandwiches, which will be taken to St. Vincent's and distributed to the poor. In doing this, our students are carrying out one of the Corporal Works of Mercy, living their faith in service to the people of God.
