Volunteer Information

It takes many hands to keep our Sacred Heart community going and we rely on the generosity of many, many volunteers for our school and parish activities.

It is expected that all families, regardless of the religious affiliation, volunteer a minimum of 15 hours over the course of the school year. Current school families please refer to your FACTS Family Portal for more information.

In order to volunteer for events and programs with children, volunteers must meet the requirements of the Archdiocese of St. Louis Office of Safe Environment. See below for details.

In accordance with the St. Louis Archdiocese, all adults overseeing student groups (teams, scouts, etc.) are required to attend a Protecting God’s Children workshop. Please see the attached Safe Environment Registration information. Click here for registration

Details and scheduling can be found on the Archdiocese’s Safe Environment Program website.
